Yes, there was a hardfork when we reached block height 18.500.  


We are now part of a small club of coins who sport the new difficulty algorithm from Zawi.

Cryptonote coins (all of them) have a problem when big miners come suddenly for fast mining, and then leave. That's because when they come, the difficulty rises, but when they leave, small miners can't find blocks so the coin gets stuck for hours and hours becoming useless during that period.

Brazukcoin, along with a few others have Zawi's new algorithm that takes care of these sudden rush scenario.

Now nicehashers can do their thing and we'll be able to stay solid!

Thanks to the Dev for the quick reply.

I updated from CLI wallet to new GUI wallet.

Ran the GUI, Sync'ed the chain, and then just imported my SimpleWallet file without any issues at all.
