What do you predict will be the top 3 ranked coins by the end of 2018.?

For me:

#1 Ethereum
#2 Bitcoin
#3 Ripple

Could even be something not in the top 100, you never know.

Ethereum is solid and could reach $3000, maybe more?

Ripple seems unpredictable, could hit rank 1 or could easily crash back to under $1

What are your thoughts?

Will bump this up in December see how wrong we we're

When you say ranking, do you mean it in terms of the price of one coin? If that's the case, I doubt ethereum is going to surpass bitcoin, if the price of bitcoin does not crash drastically for some reason. And for the third place I think I'd rather mention Litecoin instead of Ripple.

No, ranking based on marketcap

I think Ripple will try to dislodge the cryptocurrency. Ripple is not cryptocurrency.

It would be interesting to see if either Ethereum or Ripple can surpass Bitcoin in terms of market cap this year. But I think that even if it happens, it will be short term. Institutional money will start flowing into Bitcoin this year, and it will probably take a bit more time until the same happens with the top altcoins.
