Zclassic, which was a fork of Zcash a few years ago has been lying dormant for a number of months.

However, after the announcement by the head developer that they would be re launching as bitcoin private. No doubt the market has seen some optimism in this and hence the price has rallied 100 fold.

Zclassic as an interesting fork of Zcash in that it tries to address a number of the concerns that they initially had around Zcash. One of these was the "founders tax" that many thought of as greedy. This was 20% of every block reward for the first four years.

Do you think that the changes and new commitment to the coin is likely to make it more desirable. Would you include it in your portfolio and do you rate it over Zcash?

I think ZEN is more perspective because securenodes and good team, when more Exchange will list ZEN will moon

I don't think it makes the actual coin more desirable because specs are same what it does is put it on the map and thus has the attention of more investors. Naturally some will choose Zclassic and this will give Zclassic more investors. Smart move by announcing Bitcoin Private, we will see now if it actually comes out or was a facade.

Rebranding ZClassic to Bitcoin Private is a masterstroke of genius. I just wish I had paid more attention to the Twitter feed and bought a ton of ZClassic when it was under $2.

I think the fork made Zclassic more desirable. But i don't know what is going to happen after the fork. The price may fall after i think. Except if there is new development.

So, the truth if zclassic just try to rebrand into another name such as bitcoin private and what's the difference? I heard another people said about the zclassic team try to make a commitment to launch bitcoin privacy coin and I think that just another fork coin.
