This project is under development and there is possibility they will never develop it. After the ICO market got hot most of the Medium level developers who have few basic knowledge of developing a website, make a website and launch ICO to get some fund and then ran off. So many projects came and losted after there ICO finish. There main aim is Money and that is what they are collecting by developing a basic level website.

Beaware of such projects. May be possible Appics will come in future , but i am just alarming a general view.
