I think binance today is under repair, so there is some annoyance. it's possible to improve security so as not to be easily hacked.

Binance is ok here in the Philippines. maybe there is a little slowdown. We all know that binance customers are greatly increasing. maybe this is the reason. a solution or maintenance might happen
