Ripple XRP how to purchase the coin not trade it

Yes you can find it on a number of altcoin exchanges and even on some exchanges that give you BTC. Try Bitfiniex, Poloniex, Bittrex, and Bitstamp. All these websites will have Ripple but you probably need verification first.

Buy some Bitcoin first at coinbase by your fiat currency, send it to binance and voila you can buy XRP there.

There in ies the problem , verification is not allowed on most exchanges now , I've been waiting weeks and they are just overloaded so you cant get verified ...
