Help with activation of Ripple XRP wallet. new to crypto.

I'm pretty new to the crypto scene. I was wondering the Ripple that you send to your wallet for activation do you get them back? At this moment I'm searching a way to activate my wallet. Al the brokers where I can pay with a Dutch pay system that is called ideal are closed for new members. 4 years ago I had 3.6 million of meow i had mined my self on cryptsy and everyone knows what happened with them. I was too late for the for the registration for the case against cryptsy. Bummer.

So I would really want to start again with the cryptcoins.
