I am mining on an ASUS B250 Mining Expert with thirteen GTX 1060s and six P106s. I cannot get the memory clock on the Colorful P106-100 cards to go higher than 4006 MHz. I am running Ubuntu 16.04 Server, so I use the nvidia-settings command to set the overclocking.
The P106 shows the memory clock at 4006 MHz, but the GTX 1060 shows the memory clock at 4404 MHz. Obviously, I am getting a much lower hash rate on the P106. Does anyone have an idea of why this would be happening? (I can clock all the GTX 1060s to whatever value I like, but the P106s all have a ceiling that I can't seem to push them through.)
Here is what I see (edited for brevity) from nvidia-smi -q:

One other difference is that the P106 shows "Performance State: P0", while the GTX 1060 shows "Performance State: P2." Could that have something to do with my problem?
Thanks!
