Long story:
At home, I have a neighbour whos kids are just awful.
He has a son and a stepson, come each month when he gets his salary and take all of it leaving him with around 30$ for the whole month.
His son spent his own 30k and his fathers once his wife died (life insurance).
Dude didn't have any wood to keep warm, he barely has any food..
Their dog died of starvation (it was a good dog, pure bred Tosa Inu) and they've both been in jail.
We gave him some wood, but it's fucked up.
If I was home the whole time, I'd probably do something about it, but I come home and I can't do anything since I'm here once a month for 2 days or so.
Since he can't buy food or anything else on his own, since his kid takes all of his money as soon as he gets it, and if he refuses he gets beaten up, I was thinking if it is possible somehow to set up like a monthly charge on his credit card in order to purchase food etc. to be delivered like twice a week or so, note that buying it all at once is a terrible idea, since they come here and take food, wood etc.
It would need to be delivered quite often instead of let's say once a month.
How do I set up an automatic monthly charge for supplies&food over his credit card each month on a specific date so it takes away the balance for let's say 10 orders right away but the orders are spread out over the month.
I feel so terrible about him, since he's a goodie, a real goodie, but he's too weak and too good to to call the police on his son&stepson..
