I'm looking for a service to Accelerate an Existing and Unconfirmed Ethereum Transaction.
I have a pending withdraw request from an Exchange (HitBTC) who put fee < 0.00001 ETH

It's been 14 Hours and it's still pending (not a single confirmation yet)...

Is there any service to pay to accelerate a transaction on Ethereum (like http://confirmtx.com/ for BitCoin) ?
