You can say that.  The biggest test for any coin at this point is the test of time and Devcoin is really doing its thing.  I'm not too worried about the current price - just like with stocks - if you do all the right things the price will eventually take care of itself. 

Right now a lot of short sighted people are taking the easy short term money while ignoring the potential riches which may be had just 1 or 2 years from now.
