Because it's a new project and no one is certain how it will develop. It may look promising but I've seen many promising projects go south. Given the amount of good projects around , I don't think 1ETH for even 10k is under priced at this stage.

The basic idea of this sell is not to understand why I am selling. But maybe I'm wrong, and first I should have asked if the sale is right for you.

I would agree.  Also I would say that right now the supply is very limited and as the other airdrops flood the market with more of the coins then price is sure to come down.  It's a sellers market if anything at the moment.
