Kraken ETH withdrawal canceled / balance disappeared

Yesterday, I tried to sent my Ethereum from my Kraken account to exchange 'X'. After the status just said "Initializing" for over an hour, I cancelled the withdrawal process. After canceling, my Ethereum balance was lost / does not re-appear in my wallet. So please be careful until this is solved as I am not the only one! Wanted to buy a coin which mooned, so 'lost' thousands of dollars besides losing my Ethereum, feels really bad...

Will be updating as soon as I hear more from them.

To make matters worse, yesterday, after my Ethereum disappeared (and thinking it would appear shortly), I also sent a significant amount EUR to my account. Guess what? The transfer is confirmed as a "succes", but hasn't been credited (I haven't reached my depositing limit). So it's a total mess. I guess depositing ANYTHING is risky for my (and similar) accounts?

My Ethereum is back! They haven't responded yet. Anyway, my EUR is still missing. Guess will have to open a new ticket.

I had exactly the same behavior yesterday. The platform was regularly crashing and I cancelled the withdrawal after 2h. It has been more than 10h now and I still don't see my coins, I opened a case.

I'll update in case I receive some news

It is the same for me.

I have done a withdrawal => stuck on "initiated" => canceled => but crypto is still missing on balance.
The problem is from yesterday and there isn't still a solution.

I have the same issue (for the second time)

2 days ago I cancelled the order and 2-3 hours later the coins were back. Yesterday I cancelled but I still don't see the coins. I have raised ticket but no response yet.
I have also asked what to do next if that happens again, i.e. leaving the order on pending or cancel.

Will update once I have feedback.

also the same problem.

Today at 2am (CET Europe time) i canceled withdraw of eth ( 10 pcs. ) cause it took one hour and it was still red X to cancel transaction.
Coins did not back to balance!!

I also open support ticket around 4am, but till now nobody answered.

How do you find block when you are sending from Kraken ?

I don't know exactly at what you are referring... maybe the "block" word was cause of a misunderstanding
