Hi All,

I have just logged into my nano ledger s and opened up my bitcoin wallet to see that all my bitcoin have gone missing and there is no transactions record of anything ?!?!? I have seen another post of this happening to a few other people, possible because of the upgrade to segwit2x or nano ledger1.3 upgrade itself ?... Can any please advise how to fix this and hope to retrieve my bitcoin ? Additionally I also tried sending Litecoin from Coinspot to my ledger and just got an email saying “You cannot send LTC from CoinSpot to a Segwit address. When sending LTC from CoinSpot you need to send it to a Legacy address.”. Can somebody please help?! This is the first time this has happened ......

Thanks so much guys !

Sounds like you might be looking at the wrong blockchain in your Ledger Bitcoin Wallet. Check what Blockchain you're connected to:

Does say something other than "Bitcoin"? If so, click settings, then Blockchains:

It'll ask if you want Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash, Click Bitcoin:

Then select Legacy:

It also sounds like you need to do the same for your LTC... make sure you're selecting Legacy, not SegWit
