I've read the ANN thread, studied the website, read literally all the questions and answers here and yet...i still do not understand the benefits (if any) of having two separate tokens. Not saying it shouldn't be done, just saying I didn't really see the necessity here.

Plus the determinant for the price index calculations for the two tokens does not sound convincing enough.

Basically Puregold offers two digital tokens, PGT and PGG, running on two separate ledgers. PGG works through a digitized cryptoasset whose cryptocurrency value is based on physical gold.

Tokens swap occur when the ETH transaction is verified on the ETH blockchain, which is normally immediate. Token swap via other crypto-currencies will take at least one working day. Gold-backed PGG tokens will be given after the end of this ICO.
