Kucoin Exchange - Extremely slow to process BTC deposit

Yesterday night I transferred BTC to Kucoin exchange wallet. But it's still processing. I can't believe they are taking such a long time to process this. After 12h, I asked for the customer support and they said "be patient". Define this slow process harms to the image of Kucoin exchange. Anyone else got this kind of issue with Kucoin?

Jeez, I've been waiting for >30 minutes and was starting to get inpatient. It's a little unnerving as I'm just starting out, so can't help thinking maybe I've made a mistake and my money is gone. Not a tiny amount either....Even some notification it was pending would be nice.

It's very possible that this is not the fault of the exchange...

Have you checked your TXid for confirmations ??

Yes. When I contacted Kucoin support team, they said that transaction is pending for 6 confirmations. So I thought it is a fault of them, If it is not their fault, they should tell to the trader.
