(Does it depend on which altcoin you want to buy? Can you create an altcoin wallet at BitAddress.org... or do their wallets only work for Bitcoins?)

depends on which coin, you should look which coins, if it erc20 or if it has its own blockchain

Few altcoins has dedicated wallet wallet for them,i dont think theres a paper wallet that supports most of the alts,try hardwallet instead its more secured.

I think wallet will safety if no anyone kwow about our private key. So keep private key with safety or your money will be stolen by hacker Smiley
