i don't know how to mine
and i don't know what to mine
please help me what and what is the most profitable

First thing you need to do a google search and read only pages from late 2016 and newer. You also need to read through the beginner and help section.

Here is a good start before posting in the forum to get a general idea of why you can't mine BTC with what you have. The moderators will move this to the altcoin section which is where GPU/CPU mining is discussed

Mine ETH with your 290. You should get 30MH/s with a overclock at 1100/1250.

Don't dual mine with it because you will burn it up.

i don't have much of cooling only the one that comes with asus (dual fan) is it okey to overclock ? wouldn't that burn it ?

i'm pretty experienced in the crypto field i've been trading for a while i know alot about a lot of coins but when it comes to minning i have no clue and this is my 1st post in this forum so i'm sorry if i did anything wrong all i want to know is some profitable coin to mine
