Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Hi seems interisteng, how long have you gusy been mining and how profitable has it been, I've been looking into mining and I rela this seems like a great option. Thanks in advance for the info provided.

Couple of months. I switched to AEON from monero. AEON is not as difficult to mine as monero right now. But AEON is growing right now. Chances are big that its going to be new monero.
