The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

December 2017 was the biggest month in ICO funding yet. The topic is not exhausted. The scams proliferate, but the biggest funded ICOs are (mostly) solid projects.

I dont believe most ICO are Scam the problem is the idea behind the ICO. many investors do little or no research on what they are investing in and at the end of the day they lose money. most ICO get dumped after ICO but there are still some successful ones like Aion. ICo with already working product have high probability of being successful than those ICO with shining whitepaper and roadmap. also good management team is the backbone of any successful project.
