I stumbled upon a rule in most of signature campaigns made by some of most irrational managers who write this "We reserve the right to disqualify you" .

Example: If some manager claims you to disqualify you on being alt of someone what necessary proof he must provide?

1) Whims??

or

2) A connection with address or any valid digital connection which is non repudiable.

which sounds stronger/valid? Do i have right to disqualify a participant on ground of my whims says this rule "We reserve the right to disqualify you" .??

Both are good but any linked addresses is more of a simpler proof. However there are other methods to prove that two or more people may be alts. Based on what evidence they may give away you can check social accounts and other linked accounts. It can get really tricky at times. A manager is a manager and has the right to disqualify anyone without any prior notice or any reason if they think that the person should be disqualified. Managers are not answerable to this. However most do provide explanations about being caught as alts or breaking some rules or some other wrongdoing.

The same way that I reserve the right to kick you out of my place after offering you to come in. A manager could, without repercussion, kick you out just because he/she didn't like you. Does that make them a good manager? No. Are they allowed/able to do this? Absolutely.

Assuming, of course, that you did list that rule before you enrolled anyone.
