Even if I notified Google that the site is a fishing attempt this site has not been flagged 10 days later.

Good thing most scammers are lazy to begin with.

Is there any repercussions for these guy making scam sites besides being shut down?

Even if I notified Google that the site is a fishing attempt this site has not been flagged 10 days later.

Because Google obviously does not know the original and does not give a fuck about Bitcoin. I regularly report localized Dutch bank phishing sites and they disappear VERY soon.

Also you can report it here as well: http://toolbar.netcraft.com/report_url?url=

Data is being shared afaik.
