my cousin who lives in USA, is a student and went to USA as international student. Is there any problem if he uses coinbase or similar program and trade bitcoin ? He is a student in USA and has valid bank account. I cant trade bitcoin in my country as it is not legal here. Is there any problem If my cousin open coinbase account as US member and I send him my BTC/ETH and he sells for USD and send it to me through bank wire ? Is there any problem ?
The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

As I see coibase have no restrictions with USA: https://www.coinbase.com/places/united-states
Everything will be 100% fine if you will use the US bank account (there might me some issues if it is something like "special student account", then there might be some restrictions but it still should be fine). I'm not a US citizen but I'm sure that it is better for you not to cash out large amounts of money.
Btw there are a lot ways to buy / sell your BTC. Not only coinbase.

No, any problem. My case was the same with you. I started trading bitcoin back in October but I had to transfer money to my friend in the U.S to buy me bitcoin via Coinbase and then transfer it to my bitcoin wallet. And anything is running smoothly without any problem since then. But I'm currently using Luno.com to buy bitcoin and ethereun and it is working perfectly for me, you should try it too.

Nope, there shouldn't be any problem as long as he has a valid address he is staying at in the US. Coinbase only cares for the location you reside in.
