Pls help me.

I am a junior member. I just started working on it seriously just this Jan. 2’ 2018 and I became a junior member last Jan. 4. Since I am now a junior member, I want to try applying for signature campaigns. I looked for ‘Open’ campaigns that accept junior members but my office mate told me that I should be seeing another page in which, the rates per member are posted and not what I am seeing (just the replies to the campaign post). Please tell me what is happening. Please enlighten me.

Signature campaigns are when your posts on bitcointalk all have a sponsored signature, and you typically get paid by the sponsor for every post you make on the forum. But the payment depends on the rank we have..thanks and have a good day

Quick question,

If I click to "watch" a thread, how does new activity on that thread appear to me? I have been looking for pop ups or flags, because I have a few thread of interest and forget their place to go back to read when they have new replies appended ...
