No, it's a true mining app, because of phoscoin algorithm almost any device can mine PSC.
Also, there is completely no premine, we will test the coin and when we will be sure that its bug-free we will recompile the code and restart everything.
Only 7,500,000 coins will be generated before the release to be able to pay all the developers that worked and this coin and to be sure that we will be able to continue investing in it.

Fees will always be 0.0001 PSC and because it's a coin that you can easily mine and don't need a lot of energy we expect to be able to handle more than 3000 transactions per seconds so if we have 10000 transactions per seconds it will only take some seconds to be able to process all the transactions.
