I have not heard what has been going on with this asset for sometime time to poke it with a stick. I see the site is still functioning though but was wondering how the security has been doing it still has one unusual large market cap . You know since the dead assets never forget DIVIDEND POLICY revised August 16, 2013 On a monthly basis Crypto Financial will distribute dividends solely to unit holders on Havelock until the accumulated dividends total ฿0.15 per unit. Moving forward from that point, dividends will be distributed equally among Havelock unit holders and private unit holders. One Hundred Percent (100%) of all net income derived from the exchange of Fiat Currency to Crypto Currencies and vice versa by Crypto Financial will be paid out in dividends.

20% of the company being sold for BTC 30,000? So the entire thing is valued at BTC 150,000? Or $15,000,000? That sounds extremely far-fetched, since the prospectus doesn't specify at all what warrants this valuation. The company has to bring something to the table that is worth $12,000,000 to warrant a 20% for BTC 30,000 IPO.
x2 another scam / doomed for failure Bitcoin entity. either way, I hope the Bitcoin community can pull 3 million out of their ass for these guys... good luck Nailed it.

I spotted that the other day also. If I'm not mistaken, it's the remnants of what used to be DEALCO.

I was just considering pairing a Crypto Capital account with a Coinapult account and doing some trading. Anyone here successfully done that? Deposited BTC into Coinapult, withdrawn into Crypto Financial, and then withdrawn to a US bank account?
Also, should I be concerned if they aren't generating enough income to pay dividends?

Thought I should post an update. I have now successfully done a few transactions through Crypto Financial. Going to have to send the IRS some cash now. heh.

Somethings might be not going to their plan, but it can't be all bad? Why the silence?

Wow, you're game trusting your money with a bunch of crooks like this I'm not sure what's going on with their investors. I was mostly looking at it from a customer standpoint. All the US services (coinbase, circle, kraken) closed my accounts after the SEC fined me for running BTCT.CO, so I don't have many options anymore for trading and with Coinapult using them it seemed like a viable option. So far so good. From an investment standpoint, I think it was a pretty solid idea, they just need to communicate because it doesn't look at all good to potential customers when they're silent with their investors. There's gotta be tons of people like me out there that have had their coinbase accounts closed for who knows what reasons.

Yeah, they seem to be operating the business fine so far and it's great you've found an option that works. What really irks me is, as Equilux said, the total lack of communication and updates for the investors. I have contacted them through the email address on their web site twice with no reply. Not even a simple acknowledgement that they received the email. It certainly gives the impression they have wiped their hands of the investors and run with their money.

Thanks in advance Real bad experience on Crypto Capital, I write many emails to Crypto Capital from 29th October until now but non of the email get reply. I will categorized them as no standard and non responsible organisation. I don't know what is happening in there, They processed my fund transfer after 21 days I authorized my transaction and charge me express service for USD25. They are not giving a single explanation and compensation on the lost that we occur due to their low standard of service. I was thinking Crypto Capital may use our fund to do something else without our knowlege. I was waiting my fund to pay off my loan but because of Crypto Capital I need to pay for the late payment and interest charges. I hope Crypto Capital can stand out and say something, because CC is being use for many bitcoin exchangers and recommended by the exchanger. CC should not disappoint the client which is recommend by all the good and reputable bitcoin exchangers. Really hope Crypto Capital whole system could be automated and come with standard operating procedure.

About a month ago I send an email to contact@cryptocapital.co and a few days I got an email back aswell. I only thought to post in now, but I wonder what you make of it! I asked about the obligations toward the shareholders, and about the dividends. This is what I got back: Hello, Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Crypto Financial still reports directly to Havelock and not directly to the shareholders. Some laws have changed in respect to reporting and shareholder status since the offering on Havelock investment. We are continuing to grow our business, but have yet to pay out any dividends as we continue to reinvest and grow our infrastructure. Thank you, Jim Crypto Capital

I'd be interested to know what laws those are that have changed. If anything crowdfunding for equity laws have been relaxed in the US and Canada. It's ok to say "we messed up, we're trying to fix it."

And many companies have blogs with investor updates so not sure what to make of that...

Hi yall,
from several of the latest postings I gather that it may help to clear up the relative jobs of Crypto Capital versus Havlocks btcxe. Crypto Capital and Havlocks BTCXE are two different entities.
The reason the folks at Crypto Capital do not respond to some inquiries may be that the request has to do with your btc account, not the account at Crypro Capital (which we users should "know"). I have had accounts both at btcxe and Crypto Capital for a few years and have not had any trouble moving funds either way or communication with Crypto Capital. This is how it works: Crypo Capital is a FIAT BANK. They receive, hold and send your FIAT funds in your regular Crypto Capital bank account. (Works like any other bank account). They can send FIAT fund to your btcxe account if you request a fund transfer to you btcxe account. They do NOT have access to anything but your Crypto Capital FIAT account and the folks working there will answer any question pertaining to that account. They know noting about your btc at BTCXE, which in their routines is just another external source to move or receive FIAT funds from.
DEPOSIT So, a DEPOSIT of FIAT funds is a two-step process. STEP ONE: send funds from your regular home bank through an international payment to your Crypto Capital account according to the instructions in your Crypto Capital account pages. Transfer takes about 3-5 days before the funds show up in your account minus a small fee. The funds can be in a variety of FIAT currensies depending on which accounts you previously have selected to open. STEP TWO: Once funds are in your Crypto Capital account you can make a fund transfer to you BTCXE account where you can trade btc in your FIAT currency. Transfer is pretty much instantaneous. 10 seconds. Do not login until after you have done the transfer or it may not show up until you log oput and log in again into BTCXE.
WITHDRAWAL is the reverse of deposit. STEP ONE: When you have sold your btc into the appropriate FIAT at BTCXE, you make a withdrawal from your BTCXE account to your Crypto Capital account of choice (depends on which FIAT you are working with). It is also pretty fast but may take a day or so (the FIAT transfer clearing from BTCXE is officially done once a week, but its mostly quicker). Note here BTCXE is your btc exchange. They do not have access to your Crypto Capital account info! STEP TWO: When your FIAT fund transfer from BTCXE arrives at Crypto Capital, you can make a withdrawal of your FIAT from your Crypto Capital account to your reglular bank account wherever you have it.
My communication with Crypto Capital has always been met promptly and with courtesy. But naturally they can only deal with questions of FIAT related to your Crypto Capital account, not your BTCXE account. An express withdrawal can be done from your Crypto Capital account to your home bank account and carries an extra charge. Otherwise it is free. I have not noticed any time difference in my case anyway. There is no way to make an express transfer from BTCXE to Crypto Capital. It may take one to several days.
I have not communicated much with the BTCXE office. Technically everything works well at the BTCXE btc exchange. But I do have some Havelock shares also, and am curious about the promised 0.15 btc per share payout and when it is going to happen. The BTCXE does run smootly, so it must be generating some income.
Peace, Bit(e)mark

Interesting information, and thanks for sharing! Funnily enough I was just about to ask the following which is ties in with your last remarks: A little while ago I posted an email responce I got from Crypto Financial, which stated that they we're still fullfilling their obligations towards the shareholders but that their responsibilities towrds those shareholders had changed. This interesting information but it isn't a very satisfying answer for a shareholder. Can someone chime in what would be a good way to get more insignt into this operation of which some of us are shareholders? I would like to know how business is going in general, and obviously also or there could be dividents? I Would like to know what treir plans for the future are, and how the plans they had a few years ago turned out. How would this normally go, requesting or otherwise getting information as a shareholder?
