This is my first day being on this forum and have seen the posts regarding the OTC_Bitcoin guy. I have paid in full and have received the telegram service (Dolphin Circle). I have been using it for around 2 months and have raked in quite the profits. One of his calls on of which was DRGN with almost a 4x profit. This guy is pretty good at what he does and with your own TA and his you can be very successful. He apparently has a team of analysts that provide these calls. Below I will show some of the screenshots from previous calls. I am unaware if his other services (Whale Circle and Personal fund management) are scams but I know that Dolphin Circle is a legitimate service.  IM IN NO WAY TRYING TO MAKE YOU PURCHASE THIS I JUST FIND IT WEIRD THAT EVERYONE CALLS IT A SCAM.

Regardless of whether this site is a scam or not (although it is), subscribing to a signal service will be always a shi--t move and you can't call yourself a trader when you're just relying to an unknown third party for your decisions just like when a user who just avails a contract in cloud mining can't call himself a "miner".

Reason's why you shouldn't avail any signal service:

• Too good to be true
• You are trusting a complete stranger
• There's no guarantee that their signals will always be accurate
• You will always be a NOOB trader because you don't make your own decisions

this is all you have You have an image where they post tips, but this is not enough proof that they are honest and very good at what they do .. Let's be frank here, you think that if someone could predict prices like they say they do, they would need the money from other people?

let's say that I can predict prices accurately, I buy LISK for the price of 0.003 satoshi (I buy 100 LISK because I do not have much money) and I predict an increase of 8x in the price of LISK and LISK actually has an increase of 8x. Now I repeat the same process with other altcoins.

How long would it take for me to be very rich?

If you use this logic, then even i can just create a web site, act as if I am a professional in trading and trick dumbasses to pay me and copy from various pump and dump groups and post some shit and tell everyone to invest in this and then I screw people's lives over.

I did a deep dive into this guy and I have not found anything that would lead me to the conclusion that he is committing a scam.  To let you know a little about myself i have spent 26 years in the US military and one of my assignments was dealing with contract fraud cases with the AFOSI  I was watching this guy on you tube and was impressed on his ability to teach and show why he was recommending the coin.  I wanted to do a quick check on the internet and saw all these concerns about him having many businesses. him being wanted from the law and I just stopped and said that's to bad and went about my business.  Then I saw Jsip4 show where he got a letter from somebody and was reading it saying oh I this guy has mult businesses and is wanted buy the USA.  I said wait a god damn sec.  if he is wanted by the Feds they would have nabbed him.  he is on you tube and you can see where he works. I said okay I am looking into this guy. It turns out yes he did leave the states but he left because it is difficult to do be a cripto manager with all the rules.   He had a bunch of jobs because that is what you have to do to boot strap your own business and feed himself.  these are the new business people they are not from a well healed university with plenty of backing these guys are from the streets they have to do it from the bottom up.  so they have multiple streams of income and only a few produce.  that is the new business model is. Minorities have it difficult still they have trouble getting loans and simple things like business relationships  so they have to go all out to make rent and feed themselves.  they are looking to build a business.  So now this guy has found a good fit.  He has 20 employees who will do anything for the boss. they love this guy.  the hit piece that jsip4 did on him is criminal.  He said he had a bunch of jobs  well so what most all of them do.  he said that you give him 20 bitcoin and he will manage your funds.  NO he will manage your 20 bitcoin and grow it and he charges only on profit.  no profit no charge.  he said he pumps and dumps tokens  no he give guy suggestion to his paid subscribers two days later he gives them to the free subscribers  then 3 days later he might do a video where is does not bs you he says this is why it is a 100X token  he then teaches you some insights you will not find anywhere.  I encourage you to just list to one of his videos to see that this is a special talent.  that talent is to teach.  To watch him at the conferences you can tell he is on a different level  while the crowd was having coffee taking pictures  he was over with his cam saying look at the age of the attendees they are older  the establishment is here   look at Accenture look how big there booth is.  the big money is coming  .  That is the kind of insight you will not get.    I am predicting that after all this nonsense is clear up you will not be about to get in.  there is a wave of people coming in and they do not want to manage there stack like we do.  it will be him that will be the choice.  I am 100% convinced he is no scammer.  I will challenge anyone to a debate live on youtube to discredit my finding or this guy.  On a side note there is paid detractors on all social media.  look it up on you tube  they get paid buy the screenshot.  they are manipulating us the investor learn to spot them and call them out.   I am open to a debate on this anytime on your tube and I will bring records.  go watch Jsip4 and see what I am talking about he did not even fact check a email sent to him.  He should be condemned for trying to destroy a small business.  J you should be ashamed   Clif High would not be proud to defend you after what you did.   after you do your own checking please do the community a favor and lets get this guy the credit he is trying to earn. Help get his name back so he can run a business.   He is a great teacher even if you don't plan to invest with him... oh by the way he will talk about your coin for free if it is a good one.  ask John MacaFee if he is willing to do that.

Looking at the date this thread is created it actually surprises me that this moronic "fund manager" is still doing his thing, which is to gamble with people's money. In other words, zero risk for him, 100% risk for the investors.

I have seen a video like a week ago where he had +100BTC of funds to play with, and that's just one exchange, which is mind boggling. I can't believe that people haven't looked through this nonsense yet.

You'll either make profit or lose a chunk of what you allow him to trade for you. How difficult is it for you to do it yourself? This moron has no clue about anything--the only thing he talks about is inverse head and shoulders....

Task fund manager my face. We have seen lots of this before and i agree on what have been said above.I dont know why there are really people do agrees on such set-up where giving up money
for others to handle without even thinking that losing or risk is higher than holding your own money for yourself.I would rather prefer or have no regrets if i lose money in my own hands.

I will do  more research on your clam about these fund managers and if they really know their jobs and are trusted then I think it is good investing through them.  I have been in trading for the past 8 year and of a truth few people makes money from the market and not all those people you are seeing claiming how much they have made on paper and not in reality.  I do believe that investors are becoming wiser nowadays and not the type of the way people do invest in stocks and brokers and fund managers do run with their investments.

This may be due to the fact that Mr. Robert Kim, or whatever alias he uses now, is very active on Youtube. He tries to persuade people to give him their exchange passes so that he can trade their money for them and that he needs them to have at least 10 BTC on their accounts.
I bet that if you give him your email and password your money will be gone within minutes. His little Korean fingers are going to rip the keyboard apart typing in your password and scheduling withdrawal, you'll see

He doesn't ask for anyone's coins it seems, just API access and an up front fee. He's offering a service which you can either agree to use and pay for (at your own risk of course), or not. People granting him access to their API keys are retarted, not this dude himself. The dude is looking for a side hustle and there apparently are enough retards out there allowing themselves to be used as a walking money jar he taps into at will.

I'm sure that he first buys himself into the market, then use people's coins to follow and have him benefit even more, especially when it concerns smaller coins with lack of liquidity on both sides of the book.

Don't trust anyone with your coins people (physically or through API access), it's not worth it. Trade it yourself or don't trade at all.
