Ciao a tutti, mi chiamo Antonio.
Utilizzo da un morsetto kraken dove mi trovo abbastanza bene.
Da qualche giorno però il mio account risulta locked e per sbloccarlo devo contattare l’assistenza.
Ho mandato diverse email al supporto ma tranne un messaggio automatico non ho ricevuto assistenza.
Il mio conto nel frattempo si sta prosciugando e sono impossibilitato a tradare.
Cosa posso fare?
Grazie a tutti quelli che mi aiuteranno.

Ciao Spakombat. So che hai già escalato il tuo ticket, quindi tutto quello che dobbiamo fare a questo punto è aspettare che un agente risolva il problema. Stiamo avendo un alto flusso di biglietti in questo momento, quindi potrebbe esserci ancora un ritardo.
