Poloniex Support?

Hey Everyone,
Anyone know of a good way to get in contact with Poloniex? I had to get a new phone and i dont have my 2FA backup key so im locked out of my account..

I sent them a support ticket 5 days ago and also sent them an Email and i cant get a response from them at all.

So many, unfortunately bad things, have already been said about Poloniex and their customer support service.
It's sadi that they have lost the reputation of one of the best exchangers because of many complaints and issues. It might taken more than a week before you get your answer so I hope your problem isn't so urgent and that you have enough patience.

unfortunately you will have to be very, very patient because poloniex does not respond to support tickets and there are many people who hope that someday poloniex will answer tickets. If you have possibilities, I think it's worth just Search for information about poloniex headquarters and go to poloniex headquarters to report their problem. I only see this option so that your problem is solved

Before was so good, I made many withdrawals mainly to buy recharges for cell phones. But since polo does not respond support tickets I was forced to no longer use poloniex

Yeah I used polo because they aren't that greedy but now the monster were born. Any exchange you can suggest with little fee? cryptopia, coinsmarket got extreme btc withdrawal fee to be honest im small player. Thank You in advance!!!

I had the same thing happen to me... Since then, it's been 6 months that my verification status is "pending".
