Why did so many people say that this is a scam? Do they have any track record of producing any ASIC previously?

Because they have not done any efforts to prove they are real.

One good step for example would be to send one unit for a review to trusted member here at the forum.

I've done few reviews successfully with three different manufacturers.
It is not hard at all, if the manufacturer and their product is real.

I remember seeing this same article last year. Same BS. This is like the Dragon-mint miner. No prototype was ever sent to any trusted member for revue. Keep your coins in your wallet.
If you have to through money away send it to someone that's doing R&D in this group. Just my 2 cents.

They have a video up but chewing my foot as it is with Syan so not going to chance this one. Cost is high but seems like address in Paris shared with ethical havking company and CEO in America... hhhmmm at least good video up but price and 6 months waiting time hhhmmm what is it with all these “pre-orders” sucks being in an industry where buying equipment  is always a huge risk and waiting game.

Price is €3539 plus VAT so around €4200 / $5000
