If I understand you correctly you want a Proof Of Stake (POS) coin that pays nigh on 100% interest? Or do you mean something different by "staking"?

If you do mean POS, you could look at Version (V) - it stakes at 60%, but you need to have your wallet running 24x7 and there are bound to be a few orphans that will reduce your return.

Its trading around 30-40 sats at the moment, so $70 of bitcoin would get you about 13,000 V

'With less than $70 investment or less' mean for total or each coin? Cause if it was total then I can't think any coin letting you stake and earn daily reward with so little like that.

Bitcoin is the best profitable investment but currently it is down in the market so many peoples are afraid in the Bitcoin value it is affected Bitcoin investment. So he choose better altcoin is the more comfortable for new investors.
Because after investment they will panic in every day is not a good decision in cryptocurrency investment.
