Odd Number Balances in Exchanges

I use Cryptopia as one exchange. after a few trades using LTC, and EMC2, after doing after withdrawal, left with some coin in balance, not very much at all, but still a number. The question Is how could I get the value of what I have left? should I buy into each one a number that could override the withdraw fees and make my balance zero and I can transfer to a wallet etc?
or suggestions
eg an example is

for LTC its like 0.00000487 BTC value
not much, but suggestions though it is still money here

It's gonna cost you more to withdraw this than just live it there Otherwise you can transfer some LTC and withdraw the whole amount But the fees you will pay will be more than what this is worth
