If you're lucky, a BTC.0003775 price may get some bites, and I really don't say that to be an ass, but as someone who's bought and sold bad debt here. Your only chance of getting what you're asking is if the defaulter buys the debt back at that price for the discount, but he's obviously uninterested in paying anything.

Guy ("lendee") walks down the street and asks for a $50 loan. Someone ("lender") gives it to him. After the hand-off, the lendee says he won't pay back the debt.

If you were an uninterested third-party, would you really consider paying $35 for the claim on that debt?

Lendee later defaults on the loan, and reaffirms his refusal to pay back, even after a group of people send a barrage of unpaid-for pizzas to his house. Would you consider paying anything for the loan?

It's now a week after that incident, and no progress has been made in collections by the lenders. How does ~58% of FV make any sense there?

Actually, I just sent him a PM.  According to dashboard he is online now.  Too bad his real name is Joseph Rondini and can be found under the same login name (joeyjmr8484) on Twitter. and has been kicked off of ebay!

Is it just me or has the bitcoin community (or at least this forum) integrity went down since these bitcoin poker sites have grown? The poker community has added a group of scammers/thieves and out right bums to this once meaningful sub forum.

I think it is a safe bet (no pun intended) gambling and people attempting to avoid paying taxes are at the top of the list of why the US government is looking into BitCoin regulation.
