Cex.io transaction aggrieved. Any help?

Have been waiting for my BTC for 2 days. Cex.io made this transaction. İf not wrong, they used 23 satoshi per byte. İ dont know what to do. İ tried to accelerate but it is over the limit. Can anyone help please.

İt is not confirmed yet. İts been 2 days on blockchain.

Cex.io made this transaction. İf not wrong, they used 23 satoshi per byte.

Yes, this TX has a fee of 23 sat/B. This will take quite some time until it will get confirmed (if at all).
The only one able to help you is Cex.io. You should contact their support (https://support.cex.io/hc/en-us).
At least they enabled the RBF, making it much more easier for them to get your withdrawals through by replacing the TX with one including an appropiate fee.

Waiting and contacting the support seems to be the easiest solution.
