I would dare to say that probably half of your new users here that's causing the system overload is actually fake accounts, because it is very easy to join your airdrop. If I may suggest, you might want to update your rules and form, make it has a minimum rank here and add a field of "bitcointalk rank" and the link to their profile for your bounty manager to manually confirm.

It'll help reduce greedy bounty hunters with a lot of fake email accounts.
