Maybe it is a general problems as I am also facing the same problems with my etherdelta deposit that I make for the past 6 hour. If this complaining continue I think ethereum has a serious problem as I have started to get afraid about what is going to happen to my coin.  I will advice that we should report if the problems is from the network or exchangers.

Yes, this problem most likely affects most blockchain apps using Ethereum. Ive seen also people having problems interacting with smart contracts.

maybe you should check its hash tx, whether the transaction has been successful or not. because many tx hash events have not been found and transactions failed in recent days.
