I need some help, last 30 hours I ask cex.io to complete ETH transaction they are doing nothing not answering at all, last answer about this is I have read on there facebook page 9 hours ago that transaction is pending, I'm sure that this is lie because in explorer

I'm getting this

Sorry, we are unable to locate this Transaction Hash


Can anyone tell what should I do ?

Maybe you know phone number or anything, It's impossible to contact them I'm telling them that they should rebroadcast transactions but now one listening they are telling that this is Cryptokitties attack I'm sure it's not, it was month ago.

So please help if you know anything...


And also tell which alternatives do you like so I don't want to use them anymore.

Binance and Kucoin are better in customer support

First of all thanks for replay!

Binance is really good I'm using it last 6 month without problems at all, Soon I will move everything from bitrex,poloniex,liqui,gate and so on there I really like it.

I will try Kucoin...

Also I need best which supports bank-card transfers ?

CEX is a scam.  Customers won't be able to withdrawal funding...  It is just untrustworthy. Stay away from it

you know thay you can solve this by double spend and rbf. do not lie! its not the fault of blockchain. its your fault and greedy. you know how much need to transfer btc.  everybody is waiting for your action!

after 10 days i got my btc. i guess they solved the issue manually. i lost money at the end. i will not thank you. you dont hav any excuse. you have to be professional. i am not sure about using your service anymore. good luck to others about the crypto and fiat withdrawels.
