Because the network weight fluctuates every minute (250000-400000). You can calculate approx. time to earn reward = network weight/your weight is time in minutes.

It'll be a little bit hard to go with a CPU. You'll pay more in electricity that what you'll gain unfortunately.

go to mine other coin and trade to liz is better.

skein not easy to mine by cpu because asic baikal giant x10  can mine skein.
