How much time you have waited for their response on tickets?
I never faced any problem with them. But I not withdraw any tokens or BTC in last 5 days. Maybe you should send them message on FB or Twitter or wait for few days.

no way. You may have to wait a few days. Because the bitcoin network is jammed. Or you can increase the fee to be able to receive sooner. Mercatorox never scam. I use and very trust in it
