Don't Trust Utrust

I invested over $6000 for 100k Utrust tokens during the ICO. Everything seemed on the up n up until it was time to verify. They send me a link to get that done on a Friday and mention that I have 24 hours to complete the process. All good, right? NOOOOOO, turns out the links don't work on weekends (strike 1). I send email after email to them before they get around to telling me the process can only be done on a business day. OK, so I try the links again and as they said, the links worked. I went about filling out the forms etc and when I get to my phone number, it gets rejected (I live in Ontario, Canada). Again, I send a bunch of emails before they respond. They tell me there's a glitch in the application. I accept that and wait for them to get it sorted out. This was all before Christmas. I try to verify again and get the same error (Strike 2). I email and email and email them more, but never a response (Strike 3). In my mind I have been fleeced and until Utrust fixes this situation I will call them what they are, a SCAM. I have been a successful investor in the Crypto World for a few years now. so not new to this. I have ZERO confidence in this group and I would advise anyone thinking about buying into this to seriously rethink it. If these so called experts in their field can't get even this stage right, how can one have an ounce of faith in anything else they claim they will do.
