I think they need to lower their prices, although it does say they will ship some units in August

Yeah, and they embellished their revenue number in the press release, stating $2800 daily revenue per TH "at press time" today.  With their quoted $105 BTC, and a conservative 350 TH network and even giving 4000 coins per day rather than 3600, it's more like $1,200 per TH.  It's one thing when a press release is intended for hair do's who don't do math and just report what they read.  It's another thing when it's part of a sales pitch to people who can multiply.

But, that minor marketing criticism aside, see how close these things are starting to come to pre-funded, current period sales?  If I were a pre-order sponsor, I don't know if I'd be sleeping all that sound at night, worrying about what might wash up with the morning tide.
