What happened::
I won BTC5.777 at Fortunejack casino and it seems they can't afford to pay me. I have been waiting for about 3 months. I contacted everyone I could, They don't even reply to my emails now. A warning to all who consider playing at their casino.

This is ridiculous ! There has to be one or other accusation against this casino every week or two and usually with high amounts.I don't know why they're still in the business when they can't stick up to their terms and conditions.They were flagged recently but I don't know why @yahoo removed their feedback.This is pretty much expected every time someone wins high and requests a high withdrawal.

I changed my feedback to neutral but I have no problems changing back to a negative and leaving it this time. I'd like to see them respond in this thread.

Good to see David confirmation that this is a legit claim, as I can see there are many changes on Fortunejack Staffs so it is understandable if the new staff needs longer time for such issues. Hopefully it will be resolved soon like Erkan's  who won bigger than Dice000, both are similar issue so I think it wont take too long time to resolve.
Keep on communicating with the user @David, although he is not really active here but you can try to send him a pm both here and through his FJ's account or email if any for better communication.

Fortunejack is on the Curacao licensing scam operators list!

Considering that they confirmed the validity of your win and the high amount, it is definitely worth to sue the operator of Fortunejack in Curacao to enforce your win. I probably can arrange a no cure no pay case. Make screenshots of everything.

But I visit some sites from time to time.
And noticed Yahoo's name come up quite frequently on the other site I was on a couple of hours ago.

I think he is a millionaire from winning more on dice than most people I have seen playing.

glad that you payed the player , but if he was right about the 3 months thing then there is a huge problem there
I mean really 3 months !! and your players have to chase you everywhere for their winnings !!
you are making things so hard for your clients . If you are finding it hard to pay large amounts in time then lower your max win or put a disclaimer " you may wait 3 months to get your winnings if you hit big "

"there was an apparent problem detected by our fraud control system" that's the reason for the delayed payment stated by Fortunejack above if you have read it.

For FJ (and other casino's that hold people winnings), is it not possible that you do the opposite?
Be the first one to contact the users about the delayed withdrawal with the valid reason included in it.

Fortunejack is on the Curacao licensing scam operators list!

Considering that they confirmed the validity of your win and the high amount, it is definitely worth to sue the operator of Fortunejack in Curacao to enforce your win. I probably can arrange a no cure no pay case. Make screenshots of everything.
There are many gambling websites which has curacao license and I agree you, this isn't good but let's think about another fact: FJ and some other gambling websites aren't scammers but then ask, why don't they have license of uk or etc country?
There are a reasons for this. I want to say that curacao doesn't means guaranteed scammer website.
It's great that this guy got his winning but FJ, you have to avoid a need of opening threads in scam accusations, you have to give them money without any threads in public.

I was shocked to find the bitcoins had been sent a few days ago. I thought I was never going to be paid. Why did it take so long?

Obviously, Yes! this has nothing to do with buzz, a security check is a security check and as already stated in many recent posts, we have modernised our fraud control team and system. After finalising the investigation, we are happy to proceed the withdrawal.

I am disappointed fortunejack are ok with withholding my money for over 3 months and offer no apology or compensation. I waited so long I was sure I was not getting paid, Making this thread was not an enjoyable experience neither contacting fortunjack any way I could. I would strongly recommend you rethink this as I would never expect a casino to do this to me, Especially one I have been playing at for over a year with deposits and withdrawals at a similar size.
You are losing me as a player because of this and I'm sure after forcing me to make this thread, Others will avoid your casino. Nobody wants to wait 3 months when we finally do win something from gambling.
