Hi guys,

I want to start a signature campaign & ANN thread language translation campaign for the new cryptocurrency I created "Poseidon" and I want to find out if it is acceptable to offer Poseidon as the reward when it is not yet listed on an exchange?

Thanks

Yes it is fine to offer as an airdrop or as a signature campaign reward. Exchanges can come after.

i think, you need add to exchanger first, because bounty hunters/ signature hunters will take seriously your project after they know about whitepaper, roadmap, and price.

There are many coins which do something like it so it seems that isn't against the rules of the forum, just make sure when you open your ANN thread to be very specific about what you want and you expect from the translations, there are many scammers which use Google translate to claim bounties so it's a good idea to have someone as a proofreader to check their job.

Absolutely. Bounties are often rewarded starting from the period of ICO promotion - that is prior to the ICO, which itself comes prior to tokens being listed on the exchange.

Yes, that's perfectly fine, because almost all of the tokens in the bounty movement are at the stage of the ICO, and the reward is some tokens.

Yes, it's fine and most common practice for new coins and tokens.

You need to publish your ANN in

Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Announcements (Altcoins)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0

And your Bounty/Signature campaign in

Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Marketplace (Altcoins) > Bounties (Altcoins)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0

Good luck with the coin

Yes. You need a good plan. You need to release ANN and the main posts and other bounty. If you don't do that, you can find a bounty hunter to help you.

Yeah, you can do that. Some of the ICO's who are doing signature and bounty campaigns in this forum offers their own coins as the reward which bounty hunters can get after your ICO.

I will pay attention to this bounty task when there are new ANN threads and bounty threads. I'll keep an eye on it.

It's like that the way bounty campaign work, they have got the coin but can only make transactions on the exchange one month later.

If you want to get many people involved in your bounty campaign it's better you give ETH or BTC.
Saw many unknown projects with very weak bounty cause they give their own unproven cryptocurrency.
In addition there were already so many scam coins, that people became more accurate.
