Thanks everyone for the advice.Contact Gemini or other for big exchanges private deal should be the best idea so far, because I can't even get verified account on these exchanges, they only allow US citizen.
Just make sure you know what you are doing. 8000 BTC is a LOT! Make sure you are familiar with laws prevailing on your country. You don't want your bank account to get frozen or get in trouble with the laws, do you? Transferring such large amount of money will actually get your attention.

First of all, be practical. You cant cashout 8000 BTC at once. Even if you do, the Malay govt will turn towards you and will bombard you with questions. Try to sell small amounts and setup a business of your own in your country. Become a businessman, roam around and try to sell Bitcoins hand to hand in the countries where you travel and transfer them in low amounts to your bank accounts. It will take decades to cashout all your Bitcoins safely.

Guys,
I'm from Malaysia, and I brought 8000btc when many years ago(and glad that I still have found back).
I'm looking for cash out all the btc I have own now,it is about 100 million usd fund, but I don't think my country market have support that huge of volume,I do my research found that exchanges in Malaysia are really small, big exchanges like only bitfinex and coinbase can support that much of volume, but it can't use their service in Malaysia, and I'm not US citizen.I don't know what to do now.
I'm really frustrated knowing I own that much of money but I can't cash out due to my country is not popular with this coin, any suggestion for me? Whoever can help me solve my problem I promise to gave him 50btc after I manage to cash out.A man will keep his word.

what country that can support 100 mil usd withdrawal?
I'm actually have thinking about open an US bank account, but I'm not sure whether I can withdrawal that much of fund from exchanges to my bank account or not.
I actually don't mind paying tax fees to US or Malaysia gov whatever,I just want to have a cash out plan.
What I would suggest is not to cash out all your funds at once. Not so much for the governments being suspicious (as seen in the post above), however also if the exchanges want to scam you. Its very important that you do not do this as essentially all of the major exchanges have scammed people before, and its not a good idea to fall into that situation also with the exchange being overseas to you. Thanks everyone for the advice.Contact Gemini or other for big exchanges private deal should be the best idea so far, because I can't even get verified account on these exchanges, they only allow US citizen.

What I would do is this: Buy a plane ticket to america, and visit the HQ of a major exchange like poloniex or bitfinex and exchange it to them face to face. Thats probably thee best and safest method.

I think biggest problem for OP is that he want to stay in his country and cash out all at once. Why not try to sell 500 BTC or less amounts on local exchanges and solve this problem in 2+ week or month time if tax is not problem.Sell all in one transaction even if you have a chance to do it certainly not advisable, you could send all your BTC to wrong address or get your money frozen on exchange for some reason.
Be smart and take the time to thoroughly study it,and do not trust anyone with your private keys/seed-I bet you will get too many promising offers how to solve this "problem" on your PM.

Congrats for finding your 8000 BTC. I will suggest you to sell part by part, your government will come after you if you convert 8000 BTC to MYR at once. You can try localbitcoin and other exchanges and sell daily.

You are a lucky man. If you have 8000 bitcoins, why not migrate to other countries? So you can solve this problem.

US is probably not an ideal country for you to move in, better choose Germany or Switzerland or some other country in Europe. And then you can start cashing out in small chunks, you shouldn't try to cash in big amounts like 10 bitcoin at once, try with one bitcoin every other week or so if you need.

why in the world do you want to cash out 8000 bitcoin at once! that is about 132 million dollar. do you seriously need 132 million dollar at once?
and there is no way that your government (no matter what country you are from) wouldn't start asking questions. not to mention the huge tax that you have to pay on that much money and all the risks of you and your bank accounts be flagged with a big red flag!
as for the suggestions that people told you to contact exchanges,... i suggest not doing it specially since you are not in the same country as Gemeni,... finding someone off the market is a better choice but cashing out slowly is a better option.
in any case if you chose exchanges, any of the top ones (bitstamp, gemeni, bitfinex, Gdax,...) would have more than enough liquidity for you to sell 8000 and price don't even move much.

Wow ... 8000Btc are you serious? if it is true you have 8000 btc maybe you can divide me 1 btc just to prove that you really have 8000 btc. Chances are if it is true I will volunteer to help you to withdraw your money, but with the system little by little because I do not want to make the government suspicious and will make a myriad of questions that will be timp to me. I am serious if you really want me to help, please pm me.

Are you really serious about this, if this is true, congratulation. You need to move to a country that that is highly capped for you to be able to turn your BTC to fiat money. But there will be restrictions on the maximum amount that you can cah out on a daily basis.

there is always withdrawal limits on exchanges without any exceptions and you will most likely be able to withdraw that much to your bank account in multiple requests in many days but you will surely encounter a lot of issues when you want to get the money out from the bank to your own country.

Well, this topic is really interesting to have a talk with. First of all congratulations for your Richie rich life with 8000btc if that's true because your investment has changed your life. Now coming to the Main point, you need to create some foreign bank accounts and also multiple foreign exchange accounts so that you can make your transactions smoother but obviously it will take some time and another option is that you can also change your citizenship from Malaysia to USA or any other big countries where your cash out can be made .

First of all, at this amount, you can find some good lawyer and specialist to do it for you - mainly for tax purposes. I believe there are ways to make a clean cash-out without too much troubles if you hire good ones.
Second of all, plan your cash out: why sell everything in one shot? What will you do with fiat money? If anyway you are going to put them in bank, why not keep BTC?
Last thing, congratulations, seriously!

With such large amounts of money, it's best to get a legal party involved to oversee that nothing happens. Go to a safe country and find a top-rated lawyer that is willing to work with you to reduce taxes. Make sure the wallets are secured of course
