I use cryptsy for some of my trading, along with BTC-E. One thing I dislike about cryptsy is the lack of email alerts when you log into the account. That's something I appreciate, as I have my email forwarded to SMS and in case my account is ever broken into, I can instantly change the password and get the intruder out before he can withdraw anything. I probably wouldn't know if someone else logged into my cryptsy account, however, until it's too late. That's something you should consider adding to the axchange.

Cryptsy is a great exchange! I had some issues with my account after I lost access to my email and BitJohn resolved it very quickly - I can definitely recommend them.

You should add some XMPP functionality to your list.

Change the group chat on the site to an XMPP chat room.  Having to stare at a webpage to watch the chat or hiding the chat to move around the site is limiting...
Then add XMPP notifications for trades, value thresholds, etc.  Faster than SMTP.

You guys are great exchange! I like constant improving. You have fair small whitdraw fees, dont ever change that! Great support and upcoming features.

BUT, You guys must take more serious trading engine. This one as you and we know if full of fckng bugs that are really annoying. Problem with whitraws, deposits, SLOW canceling order and refund, very slow posting of the new order, etc. I think you shoul rewrite or modify the whole trade engine. It loses peoples money!

Always improving and always room for improvement. We have already made large changes to the trade engine and will continue to upgrade. Same with deposits. But your right always room for improvement and like your said were constantly improving. 3 Months old and can only get better!

If I have a handfull of coins how do I get them into cryptsy,
I have a cryptsy account but there are no instructions, no FAQ's etc.
Is there a how to somewhere ?
