motherboard: ASRock H110 Pro BTC+ Intel H110 LGA 1151
psu: be quiet! Dark Power PRO 11 1000W
cpu: Intel Pentium G4400 Pentium 3.3 GHz - Skt 1151 Skylake - 54 W
ram: G.Skill Value Series DIMM - 4 GB DDR-4 2,400 MHz - non-ECC
ssd 120gb
6x rx580

i wonder that psu can work with this setup without problem?

Of course, even 850w is enough for 6 x rx580 (if you mine cryptonight)

6 x RX580, 110w each = 660w
CPU - 54w
RAM/SSD - 10w
Mobo - 100w

Total 814w. Never run your psu at 100% for 24/7, so add 20%, which comes to 976w, so I would go for 1000w PSU.

if you mod the cards to use less power and run algos with lower power cunsumption, like cryptonite, then ok. The DP Pro 11 1200W version is ~ 40€ more, sure a better choice for the future.

Just want to point out that the math here is slightly flawed as we usually calculate based on 80% efficiency of the PSU.

If the total is 814W, the calculation should be 814/0.8 = 1017.5. So in this case, the OP should go for a 1100W or higher PSU.

That said, the difference is very small, so a 1000W at 81.4% utilisation should be alright. Smiley

Yes Anything above 1000W should be fine.. but not below 1000.

What I think for PSU is like this. PSU 1000w with efficiency 90% >> so max on wall you will get is around 1000:90%=1111w and since they said 80% rule for best efficiency is like 1111x80%=889w on wall. So with 1000w PSU you can use 889w from wall, that's why for 7 GPU RX 580, 1000w is enough. Of course that's only for PSU like EVGA Corsair and Seasonic.
