Yes unfortunately it is only the decal (we're a small french company and don't have any business partner over there) but it's really easy to apply, put a lot of water (mixed with few soap drops) and your done not a bubble, same process for a car as for a big glass, like here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sKuRko5YQfc
