WELL ANNOUNCES BOUNTY PROGRAM
OFFICIAL STARTING DATE: JANUARY, 6TH
The WELL ICO started on January 3rd, 2018, at 5:00 P.M. (PST), and will last until either the hard cap of $28M is reached, or until May 15, 2018, at 5:00 P.M. (PST). The WELL bounty campaign lasts until the end of the crowdsale.
Our Bounty Program is a great chance for everyone to promote our project and get rewarded. We reserve 4,000,000 WELL tokens for our active supporters.
All rewards will be credited into your ETH wallets. We kindly ask you to indicate the address of the wallet that is compatible with ERC20 token standard, such as MEW, Metamask, and other major ETH wallets.
To provide communication between the bounty team and our registered participants, we ask everyone to join WELL Bounty Telegram group. In case of any questions/request/issues reach our bm - @kissnger. The bounty pool will be allocated among the following bounty sections:
- Social Media Bounty: 20%
- Signature campaign: up to 25%
- Vlogging + Blogging campaign: up to 30%
- Telegram campaign: 5%
- Creative Support & Translations + Proof-reading campaign: up to 20%

TERMS
1. Have a minimum of 300 friends. The number should not decrease beyond this minimum during the time period in which you were participating in our campaignExtra stakes may be credited accordingly if you have: 301-500 friends = 1 stake 501 - 1000 friends = 3 stakes Over 1000 friends = 5 stakes**These additional stakes will be distributed once, at the end of the campaign!2. Make privacy settings of your Facebook profile open. Ensure that all posts you share are visible to people who are not on your friends’ list.3. Follow the WELL official Facebook page4. Like and Share 7 posts per week - you will be given 10 stakes per week. 5. Share official posts regularly, don’t miss even one week of your participation - you will be given 10 stakes per week. If you break this rule, you won’t be rewarded. We will not check your profile any further, once you were given a dash in the Facebook spreadsheet. Dash = dismissal from the campaign. - The participants who joined our bounty campaign a day before verification procedure should make at least 2 shares, otherwise, the stakes will NOT be given and we will not check your profile any further.- Participants who joined the campaign on the day of verification will be given stakes the next date of verification and should make the full amount of shares mentioned above.- Mind that the “week” in our bounty campaign is a period of time marked in WELL Facebook bounty spreadsheet, as well as the time period starting from your registration date until the nearest checking date. If you were inactive during this time period, you will be rejected from the campaign.6. Don't share all posts in one day!
7. Don’t delete your shares after the campaign is concluded! They should be retained in your timeline for two weeks after the campaign is over. Do not change privacy settings for the shared content, all such materials must be visible for everyone on Facebook!8. Make REPORTS of all shared posts each week, without missing even one week of your participation. Post reports in the WELL bounty thread no later than on the day of verification. Any delays with the reports will get you rejected from the campaign.Verification dates are indicated in the respective spreadsheet. The reports example is accessible here. Please set the time format of your BitcoinTalk profile as Forum Default - it will be used to show dates throughout this forum. Go to Look and Layout Preferences -> Time Format We also offer EXTRA STAKES for the bounty members who are able to make thoughtful comments to the Facebook posts that they share. We encourage each registered participant to support our project in this way. All comments should be informative, written in English, and create a positive image of the WELL project. Be aware that all “cool project/great idea/well done” type comments won’t be counted. They should be long (minimum 150 characters) and constructive posts. Spam/abuses/irrelevant information will be deleted! All commentators, who make such posts/comments and are identified by our bounty participants will be automatically disqualified!ATTENTION: In respect of WELL terms, we ask you to not use the following collocations when discussing WELL project, the WELL token, etc. in your comments: ICO, pre-ICO, investor(s), investment(s); Since WELL smart contracts are compatible with US legislation, using of these words is inadmissible. - Comments made for extra stakes should be REPORTED together with the shares links. Otherwise, they won’t be evaluated. 9. To receive a bounty reward, you must participate until the end of the campaign. If you were rejected, your stakes will be burned and returned to the Facebook bounty pool!10. Multiple accounts registrations are NOT allowed, all related accounts will NOT be checked and credited. 11. All double registrations are strictly forbidden! 12. The list of participants is being updated and analyzed once per week. After the campaign is concluded, the whole Facebook bounty pool is to be redistributed among all approved campaign members considering the number of stakes each member has. 13. The bounty team has the right to stop accepting new bounty applications in case of too many participants in this section. * over 20,000 views: 10 stakes- For making 1 quality video or writing 1 quality blog post you will receive 10 stakes. If you are able to create more unique videos/articles, you can discuss this with the managing team individually.
- After your application appears in our private spreadsheet, we’ll contact you to discuss your participation.
- Please keep in mind that all contributions will be evaluated on an individual basis: we reserve the right to not accept your work without a detailed explanation.

Your WELL dedicated contributions should receive a certain number of views by the end of the WELL bounty program. The more views they obtain, the more extra stakes you get (see the terms above). All “unpopular” contributions that get less than 1,000 views will not be evaluated within this term. The number of stakes will be calculated by a simple math proportion. The maximum amount of stakes given for eligible members is 10 for 20,000 views.

1. Join our official
Telegram group and be ready to participate in the discussion by asking us questions regarding the WELL project and by writing comments and feedback. Be active at least once per week. On the last day of the campaign the most active supporters will be chosen by our bounty team to be rewarded with extra stakes. More detail will be communicated near the end of the campaign.
2. Once registered, do not leave the group until the campaign is over. Our team will officially communicate the end of the Telegram Bounty campaign. Please wait for that notification.
3. Do not delete your posts, even when the campaign is concluded.
4. Spam/abuses are not allowed and spammers/abusers will be rejected from the campaign and blocked by the admins.
5. Discussion regarding bounty program is not allowed in the official Telegram chat. Please use the Bounty chat for this purpose.
Only thoughtful posts/comments/feedback will be counted and rewarded.
6. All participants will be given bounty tokens in relation of their activity during the campaign. If you were less than 50% active, you will not be eligible for the reward.

6) Exclusive Support campaign: Any help to the project is appreciated! If you can: attract potential investors; are able to organize interviews with project executives; can connect us with any celebrities that would like to support us; have a possibility to promote the project in Mass Media; or have any other ideas that you would like to propose, your proposition will be reviewed for relevance and if approved you will be rewarded.
7) Translations is a very popular bounty section, so we could not leave it out of our Bounty Program. Korean, Japanese, Chinese, German, Portuguese, and other languages are welcome! Help with proof-reading is also included! Please register your participation and contact us on Telegram for the detailed information and reservation.

THE TRANSLATORS' RESERVATIONS LIST is below. Please mind that all approved applicants must confirm their intention to work on WELL's translations on Telegram - in the bounty chat or via pm!
Please read the following terms thoroughly:- In case the accepted participant refuses to proceed with work/disrupt all possible deadlines/ignores our messages/email letters/pings - our bounty team has a right to decline such participant and invite a new member with the same working language - it can be a candidate from our spreadsheet with all registered members or any other candidate with appropriate experience.
- One and the same bounty participant can make multiple translations, but there are several conditions for that:
*the chosen translation/language option should be vacant;
*the applying participant must be a native speaker of this/these language(s);
*the works must be perfectly done and delivered on time.
- Stakes for each translation option (white paper, thread ANN, website) are to be communicated to all approved members via email. The instructions and materials will not be sent to the candidates until they reached BM out and confirmed they are in the bounty campaign.
- The proof-reading part has nearly the same evaluation, while it requires good grammar and perfect language skills - native speakers only. Any work of bad quality won't be accepted and estimated! The list below contains the Telegram usernames of the approved members only! If the approved candidate was not given a specific translation task, he can choose 1 and more translation options. This is not accessible if the candidate has been already assigned to a specific work, though he/she can quit the campaign at the beginning of their participation. The candidate can take more positions unless they are occupied by someone else.
