The ones that are on the official Blockchain list:

If the "pool" isn't on this list, just run away as far as you can.

Be aware of the scam companies that claim to be "cloud miners". Don't get yourself into a ponzi scheme (pyramids) where you have to invest your money and you only are able to withdraw your earnings after you bring people to their website by sharing stupid referral links. Please don't fall for this type of "investment".

For ETH these ones:

https://etherscan.io/stat/miner?range=7&blocktype=blocks

Always make sure to check how many blocks any mining company already mined. If the company can't show at least a single block (or aren't on this list), don't invest in them 'cause they are scammers.
