What happened:: I transfered 0.535 ETH from Gemini to BitGrail (Deposit to BitGrail) on January 4th. Gemini support team confirmed the transfer was successful and etherscan confirms this. The funds never appeared in my account with BitGrail (not even in pending status). Confirmed that address was correct. Opened ticket with BitGrail and no response. I would stay away from this shady exchange for now unless something significantly changes.

Amount Scammed: 0.535 ETH
Payment Method: ETH transfer from Gemini to BitGrail

PM/Chat Logs: BitGrail Support never responded to my ticket
Additional Notes: Would appreciate user TheBomber999 or any other BitGrail member to fix this ASAP

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Is the Bitgrail wallet yours or is it from this user TheBomber999? If you transferred your ETH to some random person's wallet there's nothing that can be done. Just accept the fact that you got scammed. However, if the Bitgrail destination wallet is yours, something is fishy. All you can do is insist on Bitgrail's support. They are the only ones that can help you. I wish you good luck.

Everybody must be aware of Bitgrail.
They seem day by day scammers. In last days they had a lot of "techincal problems", they closed their trollbox and their Telegram Channel, now many deposits and withdrawals are stucked. All of this when XRB, their main coin, is mooning. So... i taked out all my funds from that site, don´t like whats going on.

Even if they are not scammers, they have a very bad customer service, their admins are arrogants and the site is usless for trading anything but Raiblocks.

Get out of there people!
